  • Wash wide mouth pint jars with hot soapy water10500539_10203085678316129_8989070111702417963_n
  • Boil lids and rings. ┬áSet aside.
  • Boil Ingredients for brine together
  • Pour hot brine over pickles, garlic, dill, seed and alum in jars
  • Put jars in canner and boil for 10 to 12 minutes (be sure water covers jars by about 1 inch and be sure jars seal)
  • Let pickles cure in refrigerator for 1 month before serving
